ITIL Foundation Course
Course Overview This course will enable the delegates to understand the concepts of the IT Service Management and the essential concepts associated with the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and prepare the attendees to take the ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate in the IT Service Management.
Course Objectives The course enables the delegates to understand how an integrated IT Service Management framework, based on ITIL best practice guidelines, can be adopted and adapted within their own organizations, provides proven practical guidance on how to successfully introduce an integrated IT Service Management framework based on the ITIL best practice service lifecycle approach and prepares delegates for the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management examination.

Target Audience This course is for IT Managers and Practitioners involved in the delivery and support of business-focused IT Services and who required a detailed insight into Service Management best practice processes and procedures.
Professional Qualification The EXIN/ISEB Foundation Certificate in the IT Service Management qualification, which is a pre-requisite for the EXIN/ISEB Intermediate and Expert levels Certificates in IT Service Management. The examination is a 1-Hour multiple choice paper/computer based exam.
